Wang Xiaohong (王小红) is listed in the Rights Defense Network / 维权网 Issue 131 monthly report dated August 31, 2026 in the report’s “sentenced to 3 years” group of 110 people, which the report classifies as political prisoners and prisoners of conscience currently in custody.
The Chinese edition places 王小红 between 杜欣芹 (Du Xinqin) and 贡布次仁 (Gongbu Ciren) in the three-year list. The English edition places “Wang Xiaohong” between the same two names in the same order. That bilingual positional match is the basis for the Chinese-character identification; no independent biographical source confirms the characters. The characters are 王小红, not 王晓红.
No charge, arrest date, trial record, court, custody facility, sentence start/end dates, or individual case history was found in the located public sources. This profile therefore does not infer those facts.
