2026 — Prisoner roster placement
Rights Defense Network (维权网), monthly mainland prisoner report, Issue 131, August 31, 2026
Wang Xueyong (王学勇) is listed in the report’s “Sentences of 7 years” band (判刑7年), at position 12 of the English edition (between the positions of neighboring entries, matching the ZH order). The band placement corroborates the seven-year sentence and is part of the documentary basis for fixing the Chinese characters of the roster entry. The report provides no further case detail for him.
Gaps and limitations
No court verdict, indictment, or other primary legal document for this case is publicly available. No state-media or official coverage was found. No international NGO (Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, CHRD) or the CECC political prisoner database carries a dedicated entry for this Wang Xueyong. All case facts rest on Minghui’s reporting, corroborated between two of its reports one year apart, plus the 2020 sentencing-table row.
