The Chinese edition of the same report was read directly: its “羁押未判，共计259人（按区域分布如下）” section gives “1、北京（天津）16人：张文和、秦泗枫、李超然、辛赏、吴亚楠、秦小坡、高国杰、周国强、刘家玲、李学惠、郭毅巍、翟留俊、杨恵琴、葛志慧、杜斌、张鹏、国俪堃” — while the English edition lists “Zhang Wenhe, Qin Sifeng, Li Chaoran, Xin Shang, Wu Yanan, Qin Xiaopo, Gao Guojie, Zhou Guoqiang, Liu Jialing, Li Xuehui, Guo Yiwei, Zhai Liujun, Yang Huiqin, Ge Zhihui, Du Bin, Zhang Peng, Guo Likun”. All seventeen names align position-for-position; 翟留俊 occupies the “Zhai Liujun” position. This positional identification, from the report’s own two editions, is the sole basis for the Chinese characters — no independent biographical source confirms them.
