Identity note for the record
A separate Falun Gong practitioner also named Zhang Lifang, from Sichuan Province, was reported in critical condition in the Sichuan Women’s Prison in 2012 after a 2010 five-year sentence. The sources’ incompatible locations, sentences, and timelines establish that this is a different person; that case must not be merged into this record.
