The case
According to Minghui, a Falun Gong-affiliated news outlet, Mr. Zheng Shuli lived in Dongniniuzhuang Village, Nanshu Town, Laixi City. On September 10, 2023, officers from the Malianzhuang Police Station arrested him at the Malianzhuang Market while he was distributing information about Falun Gong; his home was searched the next day and his Falun Gong books were confiscated. Police later took him back to his home, photographed him inside and outside the house, and then took him away; where he was being held was not known at the time.
