Evidence note. The 维权网 roster listing and this site’s Issue 131 Source Roster derive from the same monthly report and count as one evidence lineage, not two independent confirmations. Minghui.org is a Falun Gong-affiliated outlet; its factual claims about dates, sentences, and proceedings are reported as such and are consistent with the independent CHRD database record. The reported sentence term runs to October 2029; current custody beyond the August 31, 2026, monitoring listing is unverified.
