Name-collision note

“Su Li” is a common name. Two historical same-name cases are different people and must not be merged with this case: the 2002 Shenyang case of Kou Jianhua’s wife (also 32 at the time, sentenced to 3 years) and a 2004 Jiangjin forced-labor case.

Evidentiary limitations and discrepancies

All case facts come from Falun Gong-affiliated reporting; no court judgment, official procedural record, or independent media coverage has been located. Minor dating discrepancy: the June 2026 report gives the first arrest as “around May 20, 2025”; the September 2026 report gives May 22, 2025. The Chinese characters for her name have not been located. The appeal outcome is unknown.
