Mainland Constitutional Rights & Representation

This branch develops legal research concerning constitutional rights claims, representation gaps, participation, standing, due process, equality and the treatment of Mainland Area persons under the ROC constitutional framework and relevant jurisprudence of the Republic of China in Taiwan.

FCM does not claim to represent every person residing in Mainland China. Any consultative or provisional representation is limited to participating or validly authorizing constituencies and remains non-sovereign and non-binding before lawful democratic authorization.

Relevant authorities include the Constitution, Additional Articles, Cross-Strait legislation and constitutional jurisprudence concerning Mainland Area persons, subject to exact territorial, personal and temporal scope review.
