Submit an Adversarial Legal Review
The Free China Movement (FCM) invites lawyers, scholars, researchers, participants and members of the public to challenge its constitutional and legal analyses. Submissions may support, qualify or oppose an existing working opinion.
- Identify the Article, case or proposition being challenged.
- State the strongest contrary legal argument.
- Cite constitutional text, statutes, judgments, international-law authorities, historical sources or other evidence.
- Identify disputed facts, jurisdictional or standing objections, due-process concerns, conflicts or bias, and any alternative reasoning.
- Explain what change you believe the FCM analysis should make.
- State your preferred attribution, institutional affiliation if any, and whether you request anonymity.
Send the review to contact@freechina.live. Please place the relevant Article or case number in the subject line when possible.
Submissions may be recorded as accepted, partially accepted, rejected, or unresolved. FCM responses and resulting revisions should preserve version history rather than silently remove prior objections. Submission does not guarantee publication.
Non-binding process: this review channel does not exercise present state judicial authority and does not replace review by any court with lawful jurisdiction.
