Chan Pui-man (陳沛敏) is a Hong Kong journalist and former Apple Daily associate publisher imprisoned in the Apple Daily national-security/sedition case.

Chan was one of six former Apple Daily editors and executives sentenced in February 2026 alongside Jimmy Lai. The Committee to Protect Journalists reported that Chan received a 7-year prison sentence and remains imprisoned.
