Li Jinjin was a 1989 movement participant, constitutional-law scholar and legal adviser associated with the Beijing Workers’ Autonomous Federation. Sources connect him to drafting assistance for a May 1989 workers’ declaration and to later overseas democracy and legal advocacy in the United States.
