Person profile

Feng Caifeng — a 51-year-old woman from Leizhou City, Guangdong, who practices Falun Gong. Arrested November 27, 2025 after being reported for sharing Falun Gong information; home raided by the Minzhu Police Station and Zhanjiang City Domestic Security Office; held at the Zhanjiang City Detention Center; heard by the Chikan District Court in March 2026 without family notice; convicted and sentenced to five years in June 2026 — her third prison term. Earlier terms: five years (Leizhou City Court, secret trial June 2014; released July 15, 2018) and three and a half years (Zhongshan City First Court, 2021; Guangdong Province Women’s Prison). Profile covers: the 2025 arrest, detention, hearing, and 2026 verdict, with the documented case history 2013–2026.

Identification

The identity rests on four Minghui.org reports published between 2014 and 2026 whose anchors agree: Leizhou City, Guangdong (Tangjia Town per the 2014 report; Zhanjiang jurisdiction per the 2025–2026 reports — Zhanjiang administers Leizhou); born 1975; the 2013 arrest and 2014 secret trial; the November 2020 arrest with Huang Yuli in Zhongshan and the 3.5-year sentence; the November 27, 2025 arrest and June 2026 conviction. Each later report recounts the earlier history with matching dates and courts. No Chinese-language source for this case was found; the Chinese-character form of the name is unresolved and does not appear in either page. Other Feng-surname entries in the prisoner roster are separate records — their histories are not merged here.

What is not known

The Chinese-character form of Feng’s name; whether she appealed the June 2026 verdict; whether she has been moved from the detention center to a prison and to which one; her current custody status beyond the dated evidence. The Person profile asserts none of these. The report of two pre-2013 labor camp terms comes only from the 2022 article’s history recap and is presented as reported, not independently corroborated.
