Identification method
The roster’s English edition lists “Gao Lijuan” with no Chinese characters. The Chinese edition’s nine-year-sentence section lists 高立娟 in the same position as “Gao Lijuan” in the English edition. The identification is also corroborated by Minghui reporting of a Tianjin teacher named Gao Lijuan sentenced to nine years in January 2020.
