2020 sentence
Minghui.org’s 2020 sentencing list records Gao Zhenxiu, Shandong/Dongying, as receiving a one-year sentence in January 2020. Tenchu.org likewise records a one-year sentence and detention in Shandong Province Women’s Prison.
2024 case
Tenchu.org records that Gao was arrested again around June 2024, spent approximately six months in Dongying Detention Center, and was later sentenced to three years and six months before transfer to Shandong Province Women’s Prison. The database lists the charge as unknown and states a term through December 2027.
Status and evidence limits
The Rights Defense Network Issue 131 roster dated August 31, 2026 also lists Gao among reported current-custody cases. The 2024 sentence details rest primarily on the Tenchu.org monitoring record; no court judgment, procuratorate record, or official notice has been recovered. This profile does not merge her with a Tianjin Falun Gong practitioner of the same romanized name who was reported dead in 2008; that is a different person.
