Guan Xueheng (管学恒), also reported as Guan Yongheng (管永恒), is a Falun Gong practitioner in Kunming, Yunnan Province. He was arrested on June 6, 2024 in a coordinated police sweep and was reported sentenced in 2025 to three years in prison.
Arrest and trial
Minghui reports that Kunming police monitored practitioners before the June 6, 2024 operation, in which more than 30 people were taken into custody. Guan was detained in the same case group as Wang Yulan, Zhang Jiahui and Xia Chengfen.
The four were tried by the Xishan District Court on April 16, 2025. Minghui reported that Guan received a three-year sentence and a 10,000-yuan fine in May 2025. It later reported that the Kunming City Intermediate Court rejected the appeals without a hearing.
Evidence limits
WOIPFG also documents the case and confirms the Chinese name 管学恒, while reporting 管永恒 as a variant form. The sources differ on a co-defendant’s fine, but Guan’s own 10,000-yuan fine is consistent. His post-sentencing detention facility and release date are not established.
