Han Yujie / 韩玉杰

Han Yujie (韩玉杰), born in 1953, is a Falun Gong practitioner from Kuancheng District, Changchun City, Jilin Province. Rights Defense Network reporting states that she was sentenced in 2026 to one year and six months in prison plus a 5,000-yuan fine.

2024–2025 case

Minghui reports that Han was among six practitioners arrested at a park in Changchun on August 4, 2024 by Fenjin Police Station officers. After physical examinations, the six were released on bail. Later in 2024, Han left home amid continuing police pressure and found work in Nong’an County.

On July 10, 2025, she was arrested in Nong’an and taken to Weizigou Detention Center. Sources disagree on the arresting unit: Minghui attributes the arrest to Fenjin Police Station officers, while Rights Defense Network says she was reported to police and arrested by Xinlong Police Station officers. The conflict is unresolved.
