Reported case history
Minghui reports that on July 20, 2004 officers from the Ruzhou Public Security Bureau arrested He Wenxia at home and later took her husband, Chang Qinxin, from his workplace. He was detained while He was released the next day.
Minghui reports that He and her husband were arrested again on June 24, 2020 by officers from the Ruzhou City Domestic Security Division. A November 19, 2025 Minghui report states that He was again arrested by that unit and taken to the Ruzhou City Detention Center.

Issue 131 lists He in the two-year-sentence subgroup as of August 31, 2026. The start and end dates of that sentence are not stated in the sources reviewed and are not inferred.
