2023 case
The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong reports that He was arrested on January 19, 2023 and later tried twice by the Chancheng District Court, on September 18 and November 8, 2023. The organization reports that she was sentenced on November 15, 2023 to four years and six months in prison.
A Minghui Guangdong newsletter reports the same core chronology and states that He was transferred to Guangdong Province Women’s Prison in June 2024. It also reports that He was born in August 1960 and had received an earlier one-year-six-month sentence with a suspended term in 2002.
