Reported case history
Minghui reports that He and her husband Tie Linfeng were arrested in Zhengzhou in August 2006. It reports that He later received a one-year sentence and her husband three years. Minghui also reports a July 24, 2010 arrest in Nanyang and detention at the Nanyang City First Detention Center.
In March 2021, Minghui reported that He was sentenced to nine years in prison and fined 30,000 yuan after a mass-arrest case in Nanyang. Her husband was reported sentenced in the same proceeding to four years and fined 10,000 yuan.
