Evidence limits
No criminal charge is stated in the available sources and none is inferred. Rights Defense Network Issue 131, dated August 31, 2026, lists Jia Suqin / 贾素芹 in a fixed-term-imprisonment group whose heading gives four years and two months, creating an unresolved discrepancy with Minghui’s detailed four-year case reporting. No sentence end date is calculated.
