Jiayang Luozhui (嘉央洛追) is a Tibetan man from Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, whose case appears in human-rights monitoring databases but has very little public documentation.
Reported detention
The China Prisoners of Conscience database records Jiayang Luozhui as male, born in 1981, Tibetan, from Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, and detained on May 24, 2016. The database lists both the charge and place of detention as unknown.
Its latest status entry, updated January 19, 2023, describes the case as a forced disappearance. Rights Defense Network Issue 131, dated August 31, 2026, lists 嘉央洛追 among reported Sichuan detainees held without trial.
Evidence limits
No court record, official notice, diplomatic reference or independent news report about Jiayang Luozhui was located. The detention, birth year, region and forced-disappearance classification therefore remain source-attributed to monitoring databases rather than independently verified facts.
Identity note: Jiayang Luozhui is not the same person as Lodroe (Luozhui), a Sera Monastery protester detained after the 2008 Lhasa protests, and is also distinct from Jiayang Duoji / 嘉扬多吉.
