Li Bing (李冰) is a Falun Gong practitioner from Changchun City, Jilin Province. Falun Gong-affiliated reporting states that she was arrested twice in 2024 and later sentenced to three years in prison.
2024 arrests
Minghui reports that Li was first arrested on the night of May 15, 2024 by officers from the Nanling Police Station, who searched her home. The outlet states that she was held at a facility in Weizigou Village, Erdao District, questioned about confiscated Falun Gong materials, and later released on bail.
Minghui reports that Li was arrested again in the middle of the night on July 14, 2024 by more than a dozen officers.
Sentence and prison placement
