This archive preserves the documented media and organizational record of the case of Li Guizhen (李桂珍), a retired power-company worker from Jinan, Shandong, sentenced to three years in prison for her Falun Gong practice in the 2025 “9·29” Jinan group case.
Record 1 — CHRD Prisoners of Conscience database entry (entered 2026-08-21). Records Li Guizhen (LI GUIZHEN), female, born 1951, of Jinan; detained September 29, 2025; sentenced to 3 years (Changqing District Court, notified May 2026); held at Shandong Provincial Women’s Prison; release September 28, 2028. Charge listed as unknown. Bio records her prior March 2010 4.5-year sentence by the Huaiyin District court and the 2025 group detention with over forty Jinan practitioners by the Changqing District police, at least nineteen criminally detained.
Record 2 — Minghui, “济南绑架案中十二名法轮功学员已遭枉判和非法开庭” (July 22, 2026). Reports on the 9·29 case: lists Li Guizhen, 75, a retired power-company worker, as the second of seven practitioners already sentenced — tried by the Changqing District Court in early April 2026 and sentenced to three years, with the court notifying her family in May 2026. Notes her prior 2010 4.5-year sentence served at the Shandong Provincial Women’s Prison, to which she has now been returned.

Lists 李桂珍 (75) among the practitioners detained in the September 29, 2025 Jinan operation and still held, corroborating her participation in the 9·29 group case.
Record 4 — Issue-131 roster position (August 31, 2026). Li Guizhen appears in the 判刑3年，110人 (sentenced to 3 years, 110 people) group between Liu Yulian and Wang Housheng — consistent with the three-year sentence recorded in the CHRD database.
