Li Zhenying (李珍英) is a Falun Gong practitioner from Fucheng County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province, reported to be serving a four-year prison sentence after a 2025 conviction in Ningjin County, Shandong.
A notice by the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) reports that Li was detained at her home on June 19, 2024 as part of a coordinated six-person case, then held at the Dezhou City Detention Center. It reports formal arrest approval on July 29, 2024, indictment in early October, hearings on April 18 and August 12–13, 2025, and a four-year sentence. The same notice says all six defendants appealed and that the Dezhou Intermediate Court rejected their appeals. WOIPFG reported that Li was transferred to Shandong Provincial Women’s Prison on February 5, 2026.
