October 17, 2023 — joint arrests
Minghui’s English and Chinese editions report the arrests of Liang Guijuan (梁桂娟, nickname 小花), Gu Jiumei, and Zhang Shufen on October 17, 2023. Later reporting states the three were criminally detained and sent to the Liaoyuan City Detention Center.

March–April 2024 — trial and sentences
Minghui reported a March 26 hearing at the Longshan District Court and April 16 sentences: seven years each for Liang Guijuan and Gu Jiumei, and three years for Zhang Shufen.
