Liu Bobin (刘伯滨) is a Falun Gong practitioner from Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, and a former senior engineer at the state-owned Harbin Measuring Tool Factory.
Minghui reports that Liu was arrested on October 25, 2009 and later sentenced to five years in prison. She was transferred to Heilongjiang Women’s Prison in June 2010.
On September 22, 2020, according to Minghui and a Chinese-language WOIPFG case notice, Liu was arrested again during a coordinated Harbin operation and held at the Harbin No. 2 Detention Center. Her case was later transferred to the Daoli District Court.
Minghui reports that Liu was tried by video on March 31, 2021 together with Liu Zengkui. On April 8, 2021, the Daoli District Court sentenced Liu Bobin to six years in prison and fined her 20,000 yuan.
Status: current custody is unverified. No case-specific report located after April 2021 establishes whether she remains imprisoned or has been released. No release date is inferred from the nominal sentence length.
