Minghui reported Liu’s May 10, 2024 arrest, detention by the Longnan Police Branch, prosecution through the Ranghulu District Procuratorate, and a September 12 sentence of three years and six months by the Ranghulu District Court. The report says she was 69 and held at Daqing City Detention Center when published.
