Liu Shuzhen (刘淑珍) is a Falun Gong practitioner from Acheng District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. WOIPFG reported her as 76 years old in 2026.
According to WOIPFG, Liu was arrested on August 21, 2025 during a coordinated Acheng police operation and held at the Harbin No. 2 Detention Center. Her case was consolidated with those of Li Hongmei, Shi Zuosheng, and Chen Xiumei and moved through the Acheng District Procuratorate to the Acheng District Court.
WOIPFG reports that the court held a hearing on March 30, 2026 and a second hearing by video on April 29. The organization alleges procedural problems during the video hearing, including unstable transmission and restrictions on defense statements; those claims remain source-attributed.
