Liu Xiaohong (刘晓红) is a former nurse from Dalian City, Liaoning Province and a Falun Gong practitioner. WOIPFG reports that she was born in 1968 and formerly worked at Dalian Fourth Hospital.
According to WOIPFG, Liu was arrested in November 2020 by officers from the Baishan Road Police Station in Shahekou District, Dalian. In June 2021, the Ganjingzi District Court sentenced her to seven years in prison. She was later reported held at Liaoning Women’s Prison.
WOIPFG’s August 2026 notice places Liu in the prison’s Fifth Division, First Team and alleges coercive “transformation” measures, forced labor, shopping restrictions, and other mistreatment, including a transfer to an intensive correction ward in August 2023. These treatment claims remain attributed to WOIPFG and are not independently verified.
