Luo Guolong (罗国龙) is a Falun Gong practitioner from Ciyutuo Village, Yinjia Township, Shenyang, Liaoning Province.
Minghui reports that Luo was arrested at home on April 24, 2024 by officers from the Shenbei New Area Police Department. He was first held at the Shenbei New Area Detention Center and later transferred to the Dadong District Detention Center.
The outlet reports that the Dadong District Court later sentenced Luo to four years in prison after proceedings for which his family received little or no notice. Those procedural details remain source-attributed.
By late 2024, according to Minghui, Luo had been transferred first to Shenyang Prison and then to Jinzhou Prison, where his family was told he was held in division 7.
Minghui also reports earlier detention beginning in 2001, including several forced-labor terms and a three-year prison sentence following a 2015 arrest. These historical accounts remain source-attributed.
