Ma Jie (马杰) is listed by 维权网 (Weiquanwang) among reported in-custody political and conscience prisoners in mainland China.
In both its July 31, 2026 Issue 130 and August 31, 2026 Issue 131 monthly reports, 维权网 places 马杰 in the category 羁押未判 (detained and not yet sentenced), grouped with 张春蕾 and 曲红 under Shanxi Province (“山西3人：张春蕾、曲红、马杰”).
The public record located for this profile is limited. Those reports do not provide Ma Jie’s gender, age, hometown, alleged offense, court, detention start date, or detention facility. The custody status here is therefore presented as a dated report by 维权网 rather than as independently confirmed fact.
