Nie Jingxia (聂景霞) is a Falun Gong practitioner from Huayuan County, Hunan Province. Minghui reported that she was sentenced in August 2024 to four years in prison. She owned a clothing shop in Huayuan County.
On September 4, 2023, three plainclothes officers arrested Nie in front of her clothing shop, according to Minghui. The outlet reported that officers then searched her shop and apartment and that she was held at the Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture Detention Center.
The Huayuan County Court tried her case on February 25, 2024. Minghui reported that in August 2024 she received a four-year sentence and did not appeal. A February 2025 report stated that she had been admitted to the Hunan Province Women’s Prison in Changsha.
