Quan Xiaolong (权小龙) is a member of an unregistered house church in Kaili, Guizhou, reported formally arrested in May 2026 on charges of fraud and “organizing minors to carry out activities disrupting public order.”
Chinese-language reports by Civil Rights & Livelihood Watch and ChinaAid identify Quan among six Christians arrested in the same Kaili case: Wei Yongqiang, He Jinbao, Quan Xiaolong, Long Jian, Cheng Yongbing, and Zhou Guixia.
The reports state that the case concerns church activities involving children, including Sunday school and family worship. They also report that lawyers retained by the families submitted legal opinions before the procuratorate approved the arrests.
