Shi Yingji / 时应吉

Shi Yingji (时应吉) is a Falun Gong practitioner from Yanqing District, Beijing. Rights Defense Network Issue 131, dated August 31, 2026, places 时应吉 in its four-year-sentence group.

Minghui reports several earlier detention episodes: an arrest during a business trip in Qingdao in May 2018; an arrest at work in Beijing on February 28, 2019, followed by detention in Daxing and transfer of the case to court in January 2020; and another arrest in Yanqing on June 10, 2023, after which the outlet reported he remained in the Yanqing Detention Center.

Sentencing-timeline caveat

The located sources do not establish the court, verdict date, sentence start date, or which detention episode produced the four-year sentence listed by Rights Defense Network. The gap between the January 2020 court filing and the June 2023 arrest remains unresolved and is not smoothed over here.

Evidence limits

Incident details come from Minghui, a Falun Gong-affiliated source, and are attributed accordingly. The four-year classification comes from Rights Defense Network’s dated roster. Shi Yingji / 时应吉 is not merged with similarly romanized records using different Chinese characters, including 石英吉.
