Minghui reports that Sun Yuxia and her husband were arrested at their home in the Shengli Oil Field area of Hekou District, Dongying, on May 5, 2022. Police confiscated computers, a printer, portable drives, and mobile phones used in the couple’s home-based daycare business.
The case was submitted to the Hekou District Procuratorate and later transferred to the Dongying District Procuratorate, which indicted the couple and moved the case to the Dongying District Court. Minghui reports that Fan Zhiyong received five years and a 20,000-yuan fine, while Sun Yuxia received four years and six months with a 16,000-yuan fine.
