Tang Xingying (汤兴英) is a Falun Gong practitioner from Fuyu County, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province. Rights Defense Network / 维权网 Issue 131 dated August 31, 2026 lists her among reported in-custody cases in the two-years-and-two-months sentence subgroup.
Minghui and WOIPFG report that Tang was among 21 people arrested in Fuyu County on July 20, 2025 during a coordinated police operation. They report that she was held at the Qiqihar City Detention Center.
In June 2026, those sources reported that the Fuyu County Court sentenced Tang Xingying to two years and two months in prison and fined her 5,000 yuan. Four other women arrested in the same operation reportedly received terms ranging from one year to one year and eleven months. The reports state that the five women were transferred to the Heilongjiang Province Women’s Prison.
