Teng Qinhua (滕琴华), born in 1955, is a Falun Gong practitioner from Laizhou City, Shandong Province. Rights Defense Network / 维权网 Issue 131 dated August 31, 2026 lists her among reported in-custody cases in the three-year fixed-term-imprisonment subgroup.
Minghui reported that Teng was one of seven Laizhou practitioners sentenced on May 20, 2024. It reports that she received a three-year prison term and a 10,000-yuan fine. The case arose from a broader 2023 Laizhou crackdown reported by Falun Gong-affiliated sources.
Later reporting by Rights Defense Network, published in June 2026, states that Teng initially served the sentence outside prison while reporting regularly to police. It reports that she was detained again on December 4, 2025 and transferred to Jinan Prison on April 20, 2026.
