Evidence note
Minghui is a Falun Gong-affiliated outlet. The CHRD entry and Minghui corroborate the core chronology, sentence, fine, and transfer, but no court judgment or independent state-media account was located. The July 2030 term-end date in CHRD is not treated as a confirmed release date. CHRD record 815 refers to a different same-name Wang Cuilan from Tianjin and is excluded.
