- November 29, 2023: Minghui reports that Wang Fan, Du Jianxin, and Fu Jian were arrested in a coordinated Dongying–Binhai police operation.
- July 3, October 16, and October 21, 2024; May 19, 2025: Minghui and WOIPFG report four hearings in the Dongying District Court.
- May 26, 2025: Minghui and WOIPFG report that Wang received a four-year prison sentence; Du Jianxin and Fu Jian each received three years and six months.
- After October 20, 2025: WOIPFG reports that Wang was transferred to Shandong Women’s Prison and that the appeals were rejected.
