Evidentiary limits: Minghui dates the 2019 arrest October 25 while WOIPFG gives October 28. WOIPFG dates the 2023 sentence May 18 while Minghui associates July 21 with the sentence and prison transfer. No PRC court document was located in the preparation record. Mistreatment accounts derive from Falun Gong-affiliated sources. A different Wang Jiwu (王继武), an official in Xuzhou, Jiangsu, is a different person and is not part of this case.
