Wang Shuhua (王淑华, Heilongjiang), born in 1964, is a Falun Gong practitioner from Shuangcheng District, Harbin, Heilongjiang Province.
According to Minghui and a prisoners-of-conscience database, police raided Wang’s home on May 30, 2024. She was arrested on December 23, 2024 and held at the Harbin No. 2 Detention Center. On September 19, 2025, the Harbin Daoli District Court reportedly sentenced her to three years in prison; the criminal charge is not stated in the located sources. On November 27, 2025 she was reported transferred to Heilongjiang Provincial Women’s Prison.
The Rights Defense Network’s Issue 131 report dated August 31, 2026 lists Wang Shuhua (Heilongjiang) in custody in the three-year sentence group. A prisoners-of-conscience database records a term through December 22, 2027.
