Source provenance and limitations
The community case account is published by Minghui, a Falun Gong–affiliated outlet; its characterizations of the proceedings are reported here as that outlet’s account. The prisoner record is maintained by China Human Rights Defenders, an established human-rights monitoring organization. No official court judgment, charge sheet, or PRC state-media record for this case has been located; the charge remains unidentified. The August 2026 roster placement is attributed to the reporting organization, which describes its list as incomplete.
