Chinese-name identification. The Issue 131 monthly report of the Rights Defense Network (维权网） was consulted in both its Chinese and English editions. The English edition lists “Zhang Shufeng” in the three-person “sentenced to 3 years and 8 months” group alongside Chen Deguang and Zhang Ruifang; the Chinese edition places 张述凤 in the identical position of the identical group alongside 陈德光 and 张瑞芳. The one-to-one positional correspondence — verified against both flanking names — is the basis for the Chinese-character identification.

- Minghui.org, December 19, 2023 — “70-Year-Old Sichuan Woman Sentenced to 3 Years and 8 Months for Talking to People about Falun Gong.” Reports Ms. Zhang Shufeng, 70, from Deyang, Sichuan, taken back into custody November 23, 2023 to serve a three-year-eight-month term; arrest June 27, 2022; Shengyang District Court trial June 19, 2023; exact sentencing date unknown.
- Minghui.org, January 3, 2024 — “Drugs Involuntarily Administered to Falun Gong Practitioners at Deyang City Detention Center in Sichuan Province.” Lists Ms. Zhang Shufeng, 70, among seven practitioners still serving terms at the Deyang City Detention Center; corroborates the 3y8m term, the June 27, 2022 arrest, and the November 23, 2023 return to custody. (The article’s involuntary-drug claims concern the detention center generally; they are not attributed to Zhang Shufeng specifically.)

Identity note. A different practitioner named Zhang Shufeng — 张树凤 of Shouguang, Shandong, in her 40s, sentenced to 3.5 years in 2013/2014 — is a different person (Minghui, July 2014). Do not merge.
Evidentiary limitations. No court judgment document has been located; the formal charge wording has not been independently confirmed. Status after August 31, 2026 is not independently confirmed.
