Zhao Shuzhi (肇淑芝) — Media Profile & Archive
This archive preserves the source record behind the 肇淑芝 profile: three Minghui.org case records document her June 2024 arrest and two-and-a-half-year sentence plus a repeated-detention history going back to 1999, and the Rights Defense Network’s Issue 131 report independently corroborates the current term and in-custody classification, with provenance and limitations noted. Sources are graded; allegations remain attributed rather than stated as fact.

Source conflicts and limitations
The evidence base is three Minghui.org case records plus the Issue 131 roster. No contradictions: the three records are mutually consistent (ages 56→63→67 across 2014/2021/2025; nine arrests 1999–2020 referenced in both later records; second prison term April 2020–March 2023 matching the December 2020 three-year sentence). A July 2021 sentencing-compilation entry (“#49 肇淑芝 Zhao Shuzhi Inner Mongolia Hulunbuir … 2020 Oct ¥20,000”) surfaced in search and corroborates the 2021 record — surfaced but not opened, not relied upon. Gaps: the exact sentencing court and date for the current 2.5-year term are unknown beyond the June 3, 2024 arrest; the formal charge wording has not been independently confirmed; no court record, international-media coverage, or additional NGO case page was located; status after August 31, 2026 is not independently confirmed.
The Chinese-character identification rests on two independent proofs. First, one-to-one positional correspondence between the Issue 131 Chinese and English editions: the name index (“…Zhao Ziqiang, Zhao Zhuqing,” / “Zhao Shuzhi,” / “Zheng Cuilan, Zheng Dahong” ↔ “…赵自强、赵祝庆、” / 肇淑芝、 / “…郑翠兰、郑达鸿、…”) and the 2-year-6-month group (“…Zhang Shujie, Zhao Honge, Zhao Shuzhi, Tang Xingxiu…” ↔ “…张淑杰、赵鸿娥、肇淑芝、唐兴秀…”), verified against flanking names in both. Second, the Minghui.org English record of April 18, 2014 prints its key-facts header as “Name: Zhao Shuzhi (肇淑芝)”. Identity warning: the surname is 肇 (zhào), a rare surname — not the common surname 赵. The Issue 131 ZH file contains 0 occurrences of 赵淑芝; the common-surname spelling refers to a different name and must never be used for this person. A closed negative search trail (5 bounded searches, 2026-10-08) found no additional case record and no second prisoner record under this name.
