Zhu Mocheng (朱模成)
Zhu Mocheng (朱模成) is listed among the reported political prisoners and prisoners of conscience currently held in mainland China. No independent case reporting on his arrest, charges, trial, or place of detention has been found; everything publicly known about him comes from a single roster classification. The Rights Defense Network’s (维权网) monthly political-prisoners report (Issue 131, August 31, 2026) lists him in its 4-year-sentence band, confirming he remains in custody serving his term as of that date.
The case
朱模成 appears in the Chinese edition of the Issue 131 report in the 判刑4年，171人 band, and “Zhu Mocheng” appears in the English edition in the parallel “Sentenced to 4 years, 171 people” band, in the same position between 刘进波 / Liu Jinbo and 亓英俊 / Qi Yingjun. That positional correspondence is what establishes the Chinese characters for his name. The 171 names in the band are a national aggregation of cases that share the same reported sentence length; they are not co-defendants in a single case. No arrest, trial, or sentencing narrative exists in any source found.
Status and evidentiary limits
As of August 31, 2026, the Rights Defense Network’s Issue 131 report lists Zhu Mocheng in its 4-year-sentence band with an in-custody classification. No release date has been stated in any public source; none is given here. This profile is a roster-derived record: every factual claim comes from the Rights Defense Network’s Issue 131 report in its Chinese and English editions (https://wqw2010.blogspot.com/2026/08/20268311311638.html and the English mirror on chinatruth.net), an independent Chinese-language media source sympathetic to rights defenders whose listings are recorded here as reported, not as independently verified judicial findings. No court judgment, state-media account, consular record, or international-media reporting on this case was found. No name-collision hazard surfaced in searches — no do-not-merge conflict attaches.
