Zhu Yubiao (朱宇飙) — Media Profile & Archive

This archive preserves the source record behind the Zhu Yubiao 朱宇飙 profile: it covers the repeated detentions since 2007 — the re-education-through-labor term, the 2010 arrest and 2011 trial, the 2012 release into a brainwashing center, the 2021 five-day detention, and the August 2026 detained-without-trial listing — with provenance and limitations noted. Sources are graded; allegations remain attributed rather than stated as fact.

Source conflicts and limitations

Dating variance: Minghui reports the arrest on August 18, 2010; Dui Hua says “detained in October 2010” — treated as a reporting variance, not a contradiction of identity. The detention history comes from practitioner-affiliated reporting (Minghui.org and its correspondents) and the Dui Hua Foundation’s prisoner-case research; dates, court actions, and the “brainwashing center” accounts are recorded as those sources report them, and abuse or mistreatment claims are source-attributed, not independently verified. A 2012 Minghui item on his brainwashing-center transfer after release was headline-confirmed only and is not cited as evidence; the post-release brainwashing transfer is cited from the 2022 falunau summary instead. No PRC court judgment for the 2011 case and no state-media coverage were located. Nothing in the record establishes the date, facility, charge, or circumstances of the detention behind the August 2026 listing — those must not be inferred from the earlier cases. His age is unreported.
