The 2020 sentence is reflected in both Minghui and Tenchu.org. The reported 2024 re-arrest and three-and-a-half-year sentence rely on the Tenchu.org record; an Epoch Times link cited there was not usable in the source package and is not relied on here. No official court record has been recovered.
A 2008 Minghui report concerns a Tianjin practitioner of the same romanized name who was reported dead in 2008. That record is a wrong-person collision and is excluded from this Shandong profile.
