The source record is drawn from Falun Gong-community organizations. The 2026 five-year sentence is supported in the package by the WOIPFG notice alone. Minghui’s reporting that about nine years were served on an earlier 13-year term is retained as an unresolved chronology issue. No current prison placement or present health condition is inferred.
