The tenchu.org Prisoners of Conscience database lists 李振英 / Li Zhenying as in prison with a projected release date of June 18, 2028. The different second character from WOIPFG’s 李珍英 is preserved as an unresolved name variant.
Identity safeguard
An unrelated 1989 victim is also recorded under the name 李振英. That person was male, 45, and documented as killed in Beijing in June 1989. The two records must not be merged.
Evidence limits
