The Rights Defense Network (维权网) Issue 131 roster lists “Yu Suhua” in romanized form only. The Chinese name 于素华 used here rests on converging anchors: its exact positional match in the Chinese edition — the 判刑3年7个月 (sentenced to 3 years 7 months) group, where she is the sole person (…于素华… ↔ …Yu Suhua…), and the surname index (…于静涛、于立秋、于萍、于素华、于亚欧… ↔ …Yu Jingtao, Yu Liqiu, Yu Ping, Yu Suhua, Yu Yaou…); an April 2024 Minghui report naming “Ms. Yu Suhua, 55,” of Chengde, sentenced to three years and seven months with a 10,000-yuan fine; and the same report’s six-person co-defendant group, cross-checked against independent preparation work and the live Zhao Xiaohong pages, which name 于素华 as a separate individual in the same case. Caveat: no independent Chinese-language case source ties these characters to the case; they come from the roster’s own Chinese edition.
